Each softgel capsule (approx.) contains: Ginseng Extract 43.5 mg, Vitamin B6 1 mg, Vitamin D3 200 IU, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2.2 mcg, Niacinamide 18 mg, Folic Acid 0.15 mg, Ferrous Fumarate 30 mg, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate eq. to elemental Calcium 75 mg and elemental Phosphorus 58 mg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate eq. to elemental Zinc 10 mg, Magnesium Sulphate eq. to elemental Magnesium 3 mg, Manganese Sulphate eq. to elemental Manganese 0.5 mg, Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate eq. to elemental Copper 0.5 mg, Potassium Iodide eq. to elemental Iodine 0.1 mg, Potassium Sulphate eq. to elemental Potassium 2 mg. RDA values are calculated on ICMR guidelines Other ingredients: Gelatin (food grade, INS 428), glycerin (INS 422), sorbitol (INS 420), soya lecithin (INS 322), bees wax (INS 901), hydrogenated vegetable oil, refined soya oil, BHA (INS 320), BHT (INS 321), methylparaben (INS 218), propylparaben (INS 216) and purified water. Appropriate overages of vitamins are added to compensate for loss on storage.
