| Description: | NAROSIP TZ Tablet is a combination of Norfloxacin 400mg, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and Tinidazole 600mg, an antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent. This dual-action formulation is used for the treatment of gastrointestinal and mixed infections caused by bacteria and protozoa. Norfloxacin 400mg inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, preventing bacterial replication. Tinidazole 600mg disrupts DNA structure in protozoa and anaerobic bacteria, effectively eliminating infection. This combination is commonly prescribed for conditions such as diarrhea, dysentery, amoebiasis, and other gastrointestinal infections, offering broad-spectrum antimicrobial coverage. |
