| Description: | AFOSIN D Tablets contain a combination of Alfuzosin 10 mg and Dutasteride 0.5 mg. This dual-action therapy is used in the management of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Alfuzosin is an alpha-1 adrenergic blocker that relaxes smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor that reduces the size of the prostate by decreasing dihydrotestosterone (DHT) levels. Together, they provide both rapid symptom relief and long-term prostate size reduction. |
