Description:	Agrofizz C is a sugar-free, orange-flavoured effervescent tablet with Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) fruit extract 1000 mg, Vitamin C 40 mg and Zinc 10 mg. It offers natural vitamin C and zinc as a fizzy drink instead of a tablet to swallow, which many people find easier. When the tablet meets water, citric acid reacts with sodium hydrogen carbonate and releases carbon dioxide, which makes the fizz and dissolves the vitamin C, zinc and amla. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and a cofactor for collagen synthesis that also helps iron absorption and immune function. Zinc is needed by many enzymes and by immune cells, and supports wound healing. Amla is a traditional herbal source of vitamin C and polyphenols that help protect cells from oxidative stress. Sweetened with stevia, it adds almost no calories. Supplied as a tube of 20 tablets. It is a nutraceutical, not for medicinal use.

After use: Close the cap tightly after every use to keep the tablets dry. Avoid taking it together with iron or calcium supplements. Missed dose: Take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at once. Overdose: Too much of any supplement can cause nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea and headache. If you have taken more than the recommended amount, call your doctor right away.
Precaution:	Kidney: high vitamin C intake can raise the risk of kidney stones in some people. Do not use if you have kidney stones or serious kidney disease, unless your doctor advises it.
