FORMULATION: Tablet
Description: OLRATAN H 20 Tablet contains a combination of Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. This dual-action antihypertensive is used to control high blood pressure (hypertension). Olmesartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, while Hydrochlorothiazide helps reduce fluid retention by promoting the excretion of sodium and water. Together, they provide more effective blood pressure management and cardiovascular protection.
Side Effects: Common:
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Increased urination
Fatigue
Headache
Mild electrolyte imbalance (low potassium or sodium)

Severe hypotension
