Voglibose 0.2mg – an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that delays carbohydrate absorption in the intestine, reducing post-meal blood sugar spikes. This combination is used for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, especially in patients requiring comprehensive glycemic control. It effectively controls both fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels by targeting multiple pathways of glucose metabolism. |
